How long until my item is dispatched?

Processing time varies between items -

Ready made creations, i.e. a plant hanger or home decor item: 3-4 working days

DIY Kits: 4-5 working days

Made to order, i.e. Macrame Lighting/Lamp: up to 2 weeks

This is to allow time for your order to be created by hand. If you need an item sooner than this please get in touch before ordering to avoid disappointment!

How much does delivery cost?

Standard 2nd Class UK Delivery is included in the price of each item, it doesn't cost any extra but parcels don't come with a tracking number. If you'd like your item sent 1st Class Tracked/Signed For, there's an option to include this at checkout.

Please be aware, express postage means the item will reach you quickly ONCE POSTED. The dispatch time for each item still stands, so whilst it may reach you faster once posted I still need time to put the order together and post it. If you need next day dispatch, get in touch before ordering.

Delivery to other parts of the world is available too, but costs are dependant on the destination. If you have any questions about delivery get in touch!

Can you make something especially for me?

Of course! Get in touch with your ideas, or ask me about the different things I can make! I'm always happy to make something in a different colour or size, or we can create something totally new together!

Do you offer bulk discount?

Yes! Whether you're looking for party favours, stocking fillers or just a whole load of macrame, get in touch! (Minimum order quantities apply.)

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes! If you're a business looking to buy stock for your store get in touch for the catalogue. You can buy existing items, or we can work together to create something just for your business. (Minimum order quantities apply.)

What kind of packaging do you use?

All parcels are sent out in cardboard boxes sealed with paper packing tape. If the item is fragile I use paper 'bubble wrap' and recycled tissue paper. All of this is recyclable - where possible I try to ensure all my packages are plastic free. Read about my sustainable packaging here!

 Store Policies

Customs & Import Fees

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. The price you pay on my website include the cost of the item and the cost of postage, nothing else. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & Exchanges

If you'd like a refund, you must contact me within 7 days of delivery and the item must be returned to me within 14 days of delivery, at the cost of the buyer (except if the item is faulty).

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective,
I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders - this includes DIY Kits are they are cut to order in your chosen colours.
  • Items on sale
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
